Terms, in plain words.

Last updated October 25, 2026. Every project also gets its own short written plan, and that plan wins if anything differs.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars. Your exact price, scope and dates are in your written plan before any work starts. Website builds from $1,500 are paid in two parts: half to start and half at launch.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name. Once the build is paid, the website, its content and the logins are yours. Third party services you use (for example a phone number or calendar) stay in your name where possible.

Monthly plans

Plans are optional and month to month. You can cancel anytime with a message; the plan runs to the end of the month already paid. If you cancel, I hand over everything you need to keep the site running.

AI receptionist and messages

The AI receptionist identifies itself as a virtual assistant when asked. Outbound calls and texts are only sent to people who asked to hear from your business, and you agree to keep that consent. Call minutes above your plan's allowance are billed at cost, agreed in writing first.

What I don't promise

No one controls Google rankings or what AI tools say. I promise the work in your written plan, done well and on the dates agreed, and honest reporting on what it does.

Founding rate

The founding rate is for the first 3 clients and asks for an honest video review after a few weeks of use. Honest means honest: you say what you actually think, and the discount is disclosed wherever the video is shown.
